We replace items if they are defective or damaged before reaching your hand. If you need to exchange it for the same item, it should be free from any kind of human body touch as roller ball can contain body poison, skin chemistry onto liquid fragrant which causes the spoiling the main attributes of liquid fragrance. It’s not hygienic at all. All you can do is before using at your body or other place, use fragrance liquid on cotton/paper or smell directly from bottle. B (Non-Liquid Product)
Non-liquid item should be in same position and condition it reached to your hand.
If you notice any damage or unexpected error on non-liquid product then immediately take a picture/video as proof or contact us Infront of delivery man / delivery collection place.
